At The Pi Hut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics and maker gear. If your item is faulty or unwanted, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Check Your Items

  Ensure your products are in their original packaging and that any delicate electronic components are stored in anti-static bags to prevent damage during transit.

  Contact Support

  Email our technical support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue; we may be able to troubleshoot the hardware remotely.

  Pack and Ship

  Affix the provided RMA label to your parcel and ship it back to our warehouse using a tracked service to ensure safe arrival of your components.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 3-5 business days.
