We typically ship orders within 24 hours. UK orders usually arrive in 1-3 business days via Royal Mail or DPD, while international shipping varies by destination, generally taking 5-10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our maker gear and electronics worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country.
What is your return policy for faulty electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. If you believe a component is faulty, please contact our technical support team first, as many issues can be resolved through troubleshooting.
Are all your products official Raspberry Pi components?
We are an Approved Raspberry Pi Reseller. We carry official Raspberry Pi Foundation products alongside a curated selection of high-quality third-party accessories and add-on boards.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we can only modify or cancel an order if it has not yet reached the packing stage. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
