Water Leak Detector
The Water Leak Detector helps prevent damage by detecting leaks early. With an IP66-rated design, LoRaWANÂź compatibility, and a built-in relay for alarms or automatic shutdowns, itâs ideal for homes, server rooms, and industrial use.
Water leaks can cause serious damage to homes, server rooms, power distribution areas, and warehouses, as well as create potential health risks. Detecting leaks early is essential to minimise hazards and prevent costly damage.
The Water Leak Detector is built to industry standards and rated IP66 for water and dust resistance. Itâs suitable for a wide range of applications, including kitchens, sump pumps, and bathrooms. The device can also connect to a SenseCAP LoRaWANÂź Data Logger, allowing integration with a LoRaWANÂź network for low-power, long-range communication.
When the water level reaches the sensor probe, the built-in relay activates, triggering an alarm or automatically shutting down connected equipment. Its low-voltage control circuit ensures safe operation without the risk of igniting flammable materials.
