Argon Industria PoE+ HAT

Designed for home enthusiast users and industrial applications alike, the Argon Industria PoE+ HAT powers your Raspberry Pi 5 directly through a single Ethernet cable using the IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ standard, delivering up to 25W of stable power, providing the 5V 5A a Raspberry Pi 5 needs to run at full performance.

Simply 'inject' an ethernet line using a 802.3af/at PoE injector or PoE Switch, and enjoy seamless data and power management via a single LAN cable - great for areas with no wall sockets, or simply powering multiple devices without needing endless extension cables.

The HAT includes airflow holes designed to compliment the recommended Argon THRML 30mm Active Cooler (not included), which the user guide states is essentially mandatory to maintain safe operating temperatures under PoE+ loads. Other active coolers should work fine too though.

Ideal for use with the Argon ONE V5, Argon HMI displays, Argon NEO 5 and Argon Poly+ 5. We also stock a version with an NVMe M.2 interface.

Onboard headers

There are a couple of headers on the HAT that might come in useful depending on your project:

• SH 3-Pin: 5V (for Raspberry Pi Touch Display 2 (7" and 5") and the Argon HMI Screens (8" and 10" versions).
• SH 4-Pin: I2C with 3V (for use with the Argon ONE V5 OLED Display)
